Pathetic service! Avoid Vox

Please stay away from Vox. My service has been down for almost a month. It doesn’t matter who you email - you get no responses. Calling is a joke as you spend ages on the line and if you manage to get to speak to someone there is no accountability. Nobody knows what is going on. Trying to call account executives leads to calls being cut! There is a constant internal blame game of who is supposed to be doing what in the organization. These internal issues are not my problem. I am a paying customer being charged for a non-existent service. This is not the way business should be run in this day and age. If you have outgrown your ability to provide a good customer experience you should stop signing up customers until you fix your interval capability to provide the service you advertise. All I have experienced this far is utter incompetence. Like I said in numerous emails, if you can’t provide a stable usable service, just tell me and I will find a provider who can. Just don’t bill me a cent for this lack of delivery!
