Pathetic service and customer service

For months I have been trying to sort out my internet with Vox. Based in Lephalale and the service is beyond POOR!!!! Constant interruptions or outages. I have called the area manager numerous times and all she does is try to sell me a higher plan. Tells me that my mhps is too low. Why do I need a higher plan if the one I took in the beginning initially worked perfectly. I’m now sick and tired of struggling with my Satelite wifi as well as the fiber at my office. Every single day I receive an email from Vox stating that there will be some sort of interruption or outage. How is that even possible?

Tired of trying to sort it out and the Vox employee just give you a run around. Pathetic service for which I pay a hell of a lot of money every month!!! Will not recommend Vox to anyone. They take your money but do not deliver the service you pay for.
