Pathetic service and arrogance from Vox

Pathetic service, I’m without internet, 2 days in a row. Not a first or third time, this time their stupid microtik is not even switching on, no light nothing. Call logged and they promising to call me back every time I call them. Since December 2025 I’ve been receiving ****py service from these people, eating my money for nothing when I always have to buy data from my pocket because they are failing to provide a service to me, I’ve never missed a payment and I always pay before time. My tickets have been closed without resolution, not even a contact to try and resolve the issue or at least explain the cause thereof. I guess they think they’ve made it, they have customers and now they can treat us however they want
