Pathetic Service
Disgusting and pathetic lack of service
I am absolutely disgusted with the lack of service from VOX. For the last 2 weeks we have been struggling to get someone to assist by sending a cancelation letter .. i have been sent from Departments to Departments Tracey in cancelations had me transferred to a Lady in accounts to assist ... Acounts sends me to Technical support... how pathetic that not one person can draft a letter or have the correct person call you back... you have to do the Job for them... whats worse about this service there is no App or technical providers after hours. I requested a call back to date I have not received any feedback I would not recommend anyone to go in business with Vox.
