Pathetic Service

Took an LTE package with them for the past 5days when l track it says on its way. They keep updating the on delivery date to that particular days date. Their service is very very bad stay away.

How do you send me a bill of r742 for a service never rendered. You have not delivered the sim card so how did you get to charge me. So pathetic your company is a *****.

The number provided is the only number used and its always on so don't tell me about alternative number. Why did you charge me r742 for a sim card l dont have you never delivered. How was l charged because l never used the sim card you did not deliver.
