Pathetic service
After emailing and calling vox for a week they have been telling me my order is sitting with different departments, when enquiring today I was sent the below email
Hi,
It seems Pavishen Naidoo the credit and Vetting team Leader has cancelled your order as he was unable to confirm your order with you
You people are pathetic
