PATHETIC SERVICE

Registered my request for new service on 2nd of December (moving houses). On 24th of December, I contacted them to enquire the progress and was informed that someone will be at my house on 28th. Contacted them on 29th as no one came. Case escalated and then told 72hrs. Phoned basically every day only to be told on Monday that there is a freeze period (after Christmas) but no one said anything!! Phoned again every day since Monday, 4th and still no internet but Govt wants you to work from home. Clearly Vox not interested in service!! Pathetic to say the least!
