Pathetic service
The service I am receiving is pathetic I have been without internet for over a day now. I work from home so this is affecting my livelihood! When I call I am put on hold then the call is dropped. I logged a ticket but no one is helping me. If this is not resolved I will be forced to change my ISP.
This is completely unprofessional! VOX***1
