Pathetic Service

I work from home my WiFi has been very inconsistent and has inconvenienced me a lot. Anytime you call for assistance you get different stories. When you ask to speak to a supervisor you wait for over an hour and still dont get to speak to them. When you ask for reimbur*****t nobody gets back to you. I’ve missed quite a number of work days due to their inconsistency and it’s inconvenienced me a lot having to make other ways of attending to my work
