Pathetic service

One of the worst customer service experiences I ever had, and to think I left Telkom to join Vox. I think Telkoms service was much better. I took out the basic fibre package with free installation and app**** for the service via vumatels website. Now Vox is not wanting to offer me the promo as they saying its not on their side i have been waiting 3 months for feedback on a an installation promo feedback, and they just shelved my order. Pathetic customer service, the agent raises her voice on the phone with me and doesn't assist.
