Pathetic service

Pathetic service, ordered my fiber in October 2018 and it was to me that installation would be done by December 2018. We are now going to February 2019 but haven’t heard anything from Vox Telecoms. I haven’t even started paying you guys but I don’t think this relationship is going to work
