Pathetic service!!

Very quick for a new installation but when you have to move your line, you wait forever to get your line reinstalled yet you continue to be debited as though you are making use of the line. You get no response on your emails and you constantly remain in a queue when you call in. Absolutely terrible experience especially when you are working from home. They give you the run around telling you you ticket is with Vumatel and when you call Vumatel they say they waiting for the instruction from VOX . Beyond livid with the pathetic customer service
