PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

Vox Telecom came highly recommended by some friends who are in IT, however the experience I have received is actually disgusting to say the least. Upon making full payment in order to fast track my order as I needed everything setup before 01st November, I was told my payment was not allocated. It took a week to "allocate the payment"and FINALLY on Tuesday 5th November, it sounded like they were going to deliver on 06th Nov, NOTHING!!! 07th November, I still have not received anything, nor do I get feedback, I have to call and ask. The sad part is that, my monthly premium has been paid in full yet I have received NOTHING except for DISGUSTING customer service. I honestly wish I had gone through MTN directly because I shadder to think how the service will be if I need any assistance in the future.
