Pathetic service

Vox is a terrible Fibre service to ever use they sell you lies and dreams, firstly a consultant Mbali called me and offers this lovely deal which you cannot resist, there after you get called to say a technician will come out and they will email his ID so you know who to expect.

Technician comes out however comes with no router or anything they assumed there was a router installed already.

They then go back and say they have to order a router and get it installed, 3 weeks later still no one has come to assist, all of a sudden I get cancellation notice and being told that I will be handed over and owe money for not having a router.

I am beyond annoyed, angered and irritated
