Pathetic service
Accepted quote on change of ownership on 27 May to be activated from 1 July. No internet keep phoning and being transferred from one department to the next as line not active and no assistance. Everyone escalating the case but no resolution - pathetic! This needs to be sorted out. Account no. *** I took over services from account no. ***
