Pathetic service

So disappointed in Vox! We moved almost 4 weeks ago in our apartment and submitted all docs to Vox in the first week and it was approved. Since then NO contact from Vox or Vumatel after several emails. Now we are stuck with no signal/ fibre. Their service is pathetic. Please don’t use them.
