Pathetic sales and installation team

Vox is totally unreliable, more than a month waiting for installation, not to mention that the previous month I paid and connection was off the entire month. Call centre and staff have a very "care-less" attitude and still expect a cancellation fee for cane=celling a service that I never got?! Ridiculous. Not recommended 0/10
