Pathetic none existant service fro VOX Telecoms

Vox is the worst provider ever!!! I've been a loyal customer for years but every time I take up a new product the service is worse. I place a fiber order 3 weeks ago on 6 Feb. Vox have not even logged the order with Vumatel yet. Further more Vox has only once contacted me. Right through the process I have had to call and listen to lame excuses where Vox as per usual play the blame game. I will never ever recommend them to anyone again!!!
