Pathetic ISP
Worst ISP I have ever had. They have not solved any of problems, there technical department is completely useless and not very helpful! Safe yourself the pain and use someone else. I have been paying for internet for 6 months and have only had 100% working internet for maybe 3 months. So frustrating!! Pathetic is the best description here.
