Pathetic is an understatement!!

I am so disgusted with this ISP I have had their service for a very long time and never missed a payment. I than wanted to get additional service with them but the packages were too expensive, so I decided to cancel the service with them in OCT 2022, little did I know I still being billed for a service that is no longer in use and that I have requested for cancellation. So today I get a call from debt collector ( VERICERD) advising me that I need to pay as they are calling on behalf of VOX. How is possible that this company can hand me over, but I no longer make use of their service. I called into their call center and requested for cancellation, the gentlemen advised me that I will not be making any additional payment because of the cancellation request. Funny enough, I was not even provided with prove of my cancellation request and now I'm being called by Debt collectors. I find this extremely ********* and will be taking this further should I not get this resolved. I do believe every call center has call recordings. there is no way in hell this is correct.
