Pathetic experience!

After having such a great experience with your service, it all comes down to this ? I have sent numerous emails inquire if it is possible to move to another location with vox ? after a long wait I received a call from Tiffany Perry who advised that it was not possible therefore the contract will be terminated effectively the 30th of April which I was happy with that because I was moving out effectively the 30th of April, Now out of the blue I kept on getting invoices for April and May , when I inquired Melani Ellis advised : "Kindly note that the cancellation request was 04 April ? client liable for April and May invoices (May being the Notice Period). That is why there is still and outstanding amount on the account. which does not make sense as this was not communicated to me when I had a conversation with Tiffany, I did inform Melani who decided to ghost me and now all of the sudden I am getting sms's regarding legal action ??? this feels like a **** as to why I am paying for May as I was not residing in the premises?? I need someone with higher authority to look into this, go through the calls and emails that were forwarded to me Tiffany and Melani
