pathetic customer support and non existant technical support.

Pathetically useless customer support. my new location didn't support IP port forwarding. Asked for help. They claimed they needed to swap out the router. It got swapped out, nothing was fixed. Logged an issue last month, never resolved. Got told I need an additional service on my account. I payed for it. Stuck in processing. Logged a follow up ticket on Monday. I kindly asked for updates and additional information. No communication. None. Received an email this morning that the ticket is closed and resolved. Issue still persists. ticket - VOX***1
