Pathetic customer service....... Ivr say calls will be available upon request they want you to pay for those calls. When call record is free on play store

I have been with Vox for more than a year and I must say without a doubt pathetic service. Even after logging a complaint on hello Peter a guy name Neil phoned me on my way home when I jumped off my transport phone switch off no follow up call next day cause what I notice even when accounts called me in the afternoon home time means more than customer service. Now they send me a letter of suspension cause I refuse to pay the R300 for installation after they advised there will be no cost I still have the voice note from one of their staff members advising me. Vox must let me know when service will end on my internet as Vodacom is cheaper with 25/25 not 20/20.
