Pathetic customer service . Do not ever choose Vox
The most USELESS service provider ever. I sit on hold for 20 mins to be thrown from department to department just to be sent to someone who is “available” to then be told to leave them a message like they my friend??!!! Pathetic that I have to fight so hard for my service after giving you MY money! As soon as I find a new provider this month I am leaving.
