Pathetic Customer service and lying agents

Vox telecom has an absolutely useless service and sales team. After waiting for weeks for them to install my fibre and been taken from pillar to post with multiple people handling my application i ended up telling them to cancel my order as they could not even commit to a date to come do an installation at my house. The worst part is when their agent Letlolo Molokoe sent me an email blatently lying to indicate that a technician was sent to my house and had called me multiple times but i didnt answer. When confronted with my call log he then chose to stop answering my emails. This company is absolutely pathetic when it comes to customer service.
