Pathetic Customer Service
Hi,
I'm utterly disgusted is the customer service of Vox .
I've been logging tickets for the past 4 weeks and I have not received a response from any support agent and neither can I get through to anyone telephonically. I firmly believe that this is because of poor management and possibly a lack of staff !!
