Pathetic customer care service

Worse service provider to deal with.

Do not use them please, client service is pathetic. Cancelation policy and procedure has been a nightmare. Taking a month to month contract has been the worse experience with this company, they have left me out of pocket, by their error and still insist on wanting more money.
