Pathetic customer care

I have extremely terrible service from Vox Telecoms and Frogfoot. Vox was to send out a technician to my home on Friday 16/01 has a matter of urgency yet no response received. After 2 calls and WhatsApp requests to speak to a manager. I then spoke to manager Thomas who helped escalate my matter to get an onsite technician. Now the onsite technician calls me and says that they will bill me for this call out yet the fault was from Vox and Frogfoot. 😡 16 days since application, 4 days of work lost, 20+ plus calls and i have still have to pay for their incompetence
