Pathetic company - PATHETIC SERVICE!

I am SO FRUSTRATED with Vox. I've had lack of FTTH for over 5 days and included 30 people that I will not pay the account in full until they resolve the issue and send me an updated account NOW they have suspended my account due to their **** POOR SERVICE
