Pathetic and Disgusting Service

Pathetic service from the Vox Team. I subscribed to their services in August 2022, cancelled the contract due to non delivery of the router. I have sent countless emails, will be put on hold then call is cancelled. To date I am being sent invoices for a router that I did not receive, they have gone a step further and handed my account over to creditors without resolving my issue. Do not consider any services with them as you will regret it.
