To try and get to someone who knows what they doing it insane. The machine options are pointless - when you get transferred from pillar to post you hold forever and call cuts then you have to try all over again. the only department in VOX that functions well is accounts. Someone has to take your money! I waited 4 weeks for the installation and all someone had to do was program the already laid installation. If i had known that the service was so pathetic I WOULD NEVER HAVE JOINED VOX.
