Pathetic After Sales Service

Despite a query being logged 6 weeks ago related to my installation, I have still not had any progress or significant feedback despite multiple whatsapp messages, calls and emails to both salespersons and managers.

Vox prides themselves on customer service, however, what I have experienced has left me not wanting to do business with them any longer.

What is the purpose of displaying a consumer code of conduct on their website when not even a manager, let alone a salesperson, has the courtesy to respond to messages or return calls.
