Pathetic

Wish i could give you a 0 star... the most pathetic company to ever work with. I made an online order for a router and monthly service. Immediately after that someone called me to advise that the lte will not work for me which was then supposedly cancelled. 2 weeks later my account was debited thrice and i have now incurred close to R400 bank charges. They now have the audacity to tell me that i will be charged for the courier charges and they will not reimburse me for my bank charges. Can you believe this putrid service??? I am totally disgusted and will never ever recommend them to anyone ever!!!!
