Pathetic

I joined Vox early this year and I was so impressed with their services, however, I had a salary cut at work due to COVID, I then had to move out from the place I was living to another place. I called a month before I moved to cancel the services with Vox and explained my situation. I was then told that I still need to pay for an extra month's rental after my services will be canceled which I agreed upon and have paid. I was then contacted by their accounts department stating that I needed to pay a once-off cancelation fee of R2000. I explained that I could not afford it due to the salary deduction, I begged for a pardon of some sort because I have not missed any payments and the salary deduction was unexpected, however, the rate keeps going up and now it's over R3000 and I am currently unemployed!

Please do not use this company's services, they do not care about you, they only care about what they can get out of you.
