Pathetic!
Pathetic service! Been sitting without internet for 8 days now. Calling every single day. The FX light is flashing orange so the say it’s vumatel problem. Vumatel comes and blames Vox.
I don’t care whose problem it is can 1 Vox guy and 1 Vumatel guy please come and sort this out.
Oh and I still get debited for full amount even though I had no internet for 8 days.
Day light *******, absolutely disgusting service, pathetic!
