Pathectic Service

ordered a ISP router over a week ago, the sale consultant advised as the fibre line is installed , the router from vox will take less than a week , 10 days later and still no response , cannot get hold of him in the call center or they keep putting you through the run arounds ... this after having the fibre done already , imagine if i had to request everything to be completed... absolutely pathetic service
