Past Pathetic

At first the service was fantastic and then ............. My Fiancé, Andrew Nisot, requested that our fiber be moved to our new residence, everything seemed to run smooth, we were advised that the line would be installed even before we moved in, this was great news, even though we specifically requested the cancellation of the old line and the inception of the new line on 1 DECEMBER 2020, the line was installed before the 27th... THERE'S MORE ..... We then received a bill that exceeded the amount we were told we'd need to pay for this new line, Andrew went ahead and queried the amount, we discussed it and agreed to pay the additional amount as the installation was done earlier and it was active, he got a response informing him that the matter has been referred and that someone will contact him, GUESS WHAT, still no-one has contacted him. What was done though is the debit order was cancelled, FROM VOX'S SIDE, and the monies was never deducted from our account. We assumed that the amount was deducted from the account as the additional cost was not a problem, not sure if you've heard of benefit of the doubt ????????????????????? So that is the first issue !!!!! Anyway it gets worse - KEEP IN MIND ABSOLUTELY NO-ONE HAS CONTACTED US REGARDING THE FIRST ISSUE WE RAISED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The latest invoice and statement we receive is actually the correct amount, however a complete bogus amount was put through as a debit order from, you know who, VOX TELECOMS.......... WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION TO US !!!!!!! Once again Andrew sent an email asking someone to contact us regarding the billing...... And guess what - NO ONE HAS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Vox received communication from Andrew on the following dates: 1 Dec 2020, 29 Dec 2020 and 4 Jan 2021..... WITH NO RESPONSE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BUT WAIT ... THERE'S MORE .... Now we receive an email with half the Vox staff copied in on it, that Vox wants to suspend our account - DUE TO THEIR NEGLEGANCE !!!!!!! THE LEAST I CAN SAY IS THE CLIENT SERVICE IS COMPLETELY NON-EXISTENT !!!!!!!!

The following people are to blame for this complaint!!!!!!! Shakeeza Osman Florah Mathegu Along with whomever the persons are responsible for the following email addresses: *** *** *** ***

Also note that your notice to suspend, we responded to that and maybe if more of the people CC'd in the email were actually available the issue could be resolved, that is if anyone there is competent enough to operate a telephone to actually call a person back when a query is sent.....

I want this matter resolved before COB .... That leaves VOX with seven and a half hours to resolve this matter!
