Password changed without my consent yesterday 3/3/23

Frogfoot changed my password for the 2nd time without my knowledge yesterday after I made a requests in January to be changed after a password leaks.. Yesterday I failed to connect to my WIFI up until I tried using the old password that I was given initially and eventually connected again. Why my password was changed without my consent yesterday? I did not sent any password reset request yesterday. How do we resolve this now
