Parthetic service

Pathetic services from Vox every second day their Network is off and without any notification from Vox, as a customer I need to phone them and query the network that is always off. Tonight I was told by one of their technical member that they are doing maintenance in Krugersdorp and Randburg, however they don't bother to notify their customer's. I'm a very unhappy customer and extremely disappointed, their services makes me sick to my stomach. I'm working from home and now I have to wait for Vox to do their maintenance before doing my work. If you need a fiber network, please don't go near Vox Telecom. their rating should be a negative score, they deserve that.
