Overcharging by Vox Telecom

We had an ISP contract with Webstorm (a company based in Kloof, Durban) which charged us R160 a month for a website and to host our domain name for up to 20 email addresses. Webstorm was taken over by the Listed company: Vox Telecom who suddenly increased this cost to R947 per month which they billed as \Bandwidth exceeded""; so we requested to cancel the service;and they confirmed cancellation as at October 2014. They have continued to debit our account for the past 5 months *******ly. This is a gross abuse of the debit order system and is theft."""
