Overall positive impression

I would like to commend Vox for their quality of service provided to me while signing up for a new fibre installation to my house. There was a hiccup which took place during the project, but I was pleased to see how quickly they worked together with different 3rd parties (including Vumatel and Buzy Buy) to have everything sorted out for me in a timely manner. This could've been a painful experience, but it was refreshing to still find companies like Vox and the others that put the customers needs first. They left an overall positive impression and I'm happy to have signed up with them.
