Over 10 Days Without Internet!!!

To date, we've had no internet connection for 10 days and are being sent pillar to post about what the matter is. The status has gone from it being a Glenvista connectivity problem, to it being the wrong router, to it being terminals incorrectly connected, to being a vumatel problem and so forth and so forth. We really couldn't care less what the problem is. We are paying Vox for a service which is not being delivered. We have logged many a ticket and have had technicians come out to the home but still the problem is not fixed. We've even gotten on ladders to reach the box ourselves, as requested by VOX call centre techs! It has been an extremely unpleasant experience dealing with customer service at Vox with some of the call centre agents being unprofessional and giving us lip.

Please get this matter fixed immediately, else you leave us no choice but to seek good service and internet connection elsewhere.
