outrageous and pathetic service
totally outrageous accounting practice. For several month now we get an invoice and the next day they send an SMS that our account will be suspended. on 31.4.25 an invoice as issued . it as mail on Saturday 5.4.25 and today at 7am I receive an SMS that our account will be suspended. No matter how much we complain nothing happens. Stay away from VOX

07 Apr 2025, 10:46we have been trying for month now to get this sorted and nothing gets done. We have a 12 month contract with VOX. rest assured that after this terrible service we will definitively reconsider extending our contract with VOX. Not even an apology from VOX
