Open line and communicate

So disappointed honestly... All voxx has to is just ot give me an active line. We have infrastructure and everything installed then all I asked them is to just use my old router while waiting for their router because I need internet I work from home. I'm being sent pillar to post, out project manager Bianca is not communicating nothing whatsoever. I meant them halfway by calling zoom to activate on their side still nothing from Voxx I am so frustrated I am wits hands. I don't even know what to do. Sent a serial number and everything but till date nothing. Trusted and gave the benefit of the doubt. We call support we spend 15 min waiting then it hangs up. Voxx has been a nightmare . What else can I do because I have met them halfway. This relationship has been abusive and it hasn't even started
