Ongoing issues with Vox Telecom

Its been 6 weeks, hundreds of calls and emails later with zero effort from Vox Telecom. They keep making promises to assist with an order that was placed 6 weeks ago. We still dont have internet. They also refuse to cancel our order so we are stuck, we cant move forward without them because the line is active with them. Absolute worst customer service i have ever experienced. Steer clear.
