Vox Telecom runs an efficient call centre with s****ed staff. Somehow they manage to connect you with someone who speaks your language - every time! My last support call, when I lost my router settings, was patiently resolved at 11pm. The agent even offered to call me back when our call exceeded 30 minutes. I'm sorry I didn't keep his name, as he does deserve a special mention.
