Once again I must go to hello peter

Dear Hello Peter so I have been trying and emailing the manager Vanessa Smith regarding my issues I was having and up till today she does not respond to any of my emails or calls this has been a on going thing for atleast 6months on one.I evens emailed her yestrday regarding my issue with my ups but she still doesnt respond.Please I need help regarding my issues.I have mentioned i will be turning to hello peter but its like no one cares and can you be a manager if you cant help clients when agents cant.I am furious with the service getting.I feel like cancel all my services with them.
