Number no longer exist
My VOIP number, I used for over 8 years, does not work anymore . The number is no longer existing. I ported the number, previous a Telkom number, in 2017. My request , VOX***6 , to correct the error is unanswered. Why does Vox Telecom not re-install my number, and why am I ignored. This matter is taking way too long to rectify/repair. I did send a copy of the porting and the bill of 2017, but in vain
