Now that's customer service

I posted a review yesterday to compliment Vox on their customer service after my initial complaint. I could not find the complimentary review on this platform when I checked today, so excuse the duplication if the first one should appear. A techncian who was efficient, very knowledgeable and friendly called yesterday. He checked the whole hardware system, identified the probable problem and replaced the broken part. We have had good internet service since he left and this morning, Vox phoned to follow up on my initial complaint. That's more like it, Vox.
