NOT RESPONDING TO EMAILS ( AGAIN ) AFTER FIRST COMPLAINT AROUND THIS

I raised a complaint on Wednesday last week as nobody answered my emails. Brendan Pillay called me back and informed me it will be resolved within 72 Hours, I have sent 3 emails since and have still received no response. I tried calling the call center and it is taking forever, can I please be assisted ?
